■ 企画概要 Project Outline
セガより2002年12月26日に発売された、『エターナルアルカディアレジェンド』20周年を記念するアンソロジー企画です。
This is an anthology project to commemorate the 20th anniversary of “Eternal Arcadia Legend” released by Sega on December 26, 2002.
ドリームキャスト版『エターナルアルカディア』22周年も兼ねておりますので、ＤＣ版でのみプレイした…という方のご参加も大歓迎です。
This is also the 22nd anniversary of the Dreamcast version of “Eternal Arcadia”, so those who have only played the Dreamcast version are also welcome to participate.
当企画は（株）セガ、及び（株）オーバーワークスとは一切関係ございません。
This project is in no way affiliated with SEGA Corporation or Overworks Co.
有志による非公式のアンソロジーになります。
This is an unofficial anthology by volunteers.

■ 参加案内 About Project
エターナルアルカディアに関する、漫画・小説・イラスト等のほか、コスプレや立体製作物の写真などでもご参加頂けます。
In addition to manga, novels, illustrations, etc. related to “Skies of Arcadia”, cosplay, photos of three-dimensional works, etc. are also welcome.
今回はメールフォーム経由等でのやりとりとなる、データ原稿での原稿募集となります。
This time, we are looking for manuscripts in the form of data, which will be exchanged via e-mail form, etc.
アナログ原稿で、スキャナ等の取り込み手段がない場合はお問い合わせ下さい。(日本国内からの参加者のみ）
投稿された作品について、日本語で書かれた作品は日本語のまま、英語等で書かれた作品は原語のまま収録されます。
原文の雰囲気や文体を再現できないため、翻訳等は当方では一切行いません。
Submissions written in Japanese will be included in Japanese, and those written in English or other languages will be included in their original language.
Since we cannot reproduce the atmosphere and style of the original text, we will not do any translation.
この説明文は日本語と英語のみですが、フランス語やスペイン語等、他言語の原稿であっても構いません。
ただし、文字化け防止のため、小説等はIllustratorでの完全原稿推奨です。
小説作品のレイアウトを当サークル側で希望する場合は、テキスト形式でデータを送って下さい。
データに文字化けが発生していた場合、データを修正のうえ再送をお願いする可能性があります。
This description is in Japanese and English only, but manuscripts in other languages, such as French or Spanish, are also acceptable.
However, in order to prevent garbled text, we recommend that novels and other works be written entirely in “Adobe Illustrator”.
If you entrust us with the layout of your novel work, please send us the data in text format.
If there are garbled characters in the data, we may ask you to correct the data and resend it.
ご参加頂いた方には、発行した本を差し上げます。
但し、郵送をご希望の場合は、ご住所をお聞きする必要があります（システムの関係上送料ご負担となりますが、Booth経由の匿名配送も検討しています）。
住所はまだ連絡しないで下さい。別途、発行物送付についての案内を致します。
Those who attend will receive a copy of the published book. However, if you would like us to mail it to you, we will need your address.
Please do not contact us with your address yet. We will send you separate information about sending the publication.

■ 参加資格 Eligibility for participation
●エターナルアルカディアが好きであること
●Skies of Arcadia fans.
●メールでの連絡が可能である事（携帯メールは非推奨。データのやりとりがあるためです）
●You must be able to contact us by e-mail. (Mobile phone e-mail is not recommended because of the data exchange involved.)
●「同人誌」がいかなるものか、ある程度理解していること（商業出版のような、細かな対応は不可能なためです）
●You must have some understanding of what a “doujinshi” is (because it is not possible to deal with the details of a commercial publication).
■ 原稿内容について Respect to the contents
●『エターナルアルカディア』『エターナルアルカディアレジェンド』に関する作品であること。
●The work must be related to “Skies of Arcadia” and “Skies of Arcadia Legends”.
●全年齢向け健全作品作品であること。年齢制限の必要な描写（過剰な暴力表現・性行為など）は禁止です。
カップリング表現については、異性愛・同性愛共、無制限です。
●The work must be suitable for all ages. Depictions that require age restrictions (excessive violence, sexual acts, etc.) are prohibited.
No restrictions on couplings, both heterosexual and homosexual, are allowed.
●エターナルアルカディアと他のゲーム等の作品と比較する、特に他作品を貶めるような内容は禁止いたします。
●We do not permit any content that compares Skies of Arcadia to other games or other works, especially content that disparages other works.
●特定のキャラクターは好きだけど、このキャラクターは嫌い！と主張、またはこんなカップリングは許せない！という、他人の嗜好を否定する作品は禁止いたします。
●Works that deny the tastes of others, such as “I like character [A], but I don’t like character [B]!” “I can’t tolerate this kind of couple! “
●連続した漫画・小説等は最大10ページ程度に収めて下さい。それを越える場合はご相談下さい。
●Please keep the maximum length of your manga or novel to 10 pages. Please consult with us if your work exceeds this limit.
●すでに発表済み作品の再録でも構いません。その場合、初出時期とその形態※をご連絡下さい。
※「2012年に自分のウェブサイトにて公開」などのデータ。
●Re-recordings of works that have already been published are also acceptable. In that case, please let us know when it was first published and in what form*.
*For example, “Published on my website in 2012.”
●発表済み作品で、商業出版に使用された等、他に著作権者が発生している作品については、投稿できません。
●In the case of published works, works that have been used for commercial publication or for which other copyright holders have been generated are not eligible for submission.
●ヴァイス・アイカ・ファイナがカメオ出演していますので、『戦場のヴァルキュリア』の漫画・イラスト等も投稿可能です。
ただし、今回の企画はあくまで「エターナルアルカディア」のものですので、上記の3人が全く関わらない作品は掲載できません。（３人のうち１人でも登場していれば可）
●Vyse, Aika, and Fina make cameo appearances, so manga, illustrations, etc. of “Valkyria Chronicles” can also be submitted.
However, since this project is solely for “Skies of Arcadia,” works that do not involve any of the three characters cannot be submitted. (If at least one of the above three characters appears in the work, it is acceptable.)
■ 禁止事項 Prohibited matter
●エターナルアルカディアのパッケージやゲーム本編に使用されたロゴマーク・意匠・イラスト・キャプチャー画像等をそのまま使用（コピーなど）する行為。
●The use (copying, etc.) of logos, designs, illustrations, captured images, etc. used on the Eternal Arcadia package or in the game itself is prohibited.
●公式イラストをトレス・フォトショップ等で加工しただけの作品、星樹先生の公式コミカライズや、商業アンソロジーからの画像転載。
●Reproduction of works that are merely traced or Photoshopped from official illustrations, or images from Itsuki-Hoshi’s official comic book series or commercial anthologies, is prohibited.
●他人の著作物を自作と偽っての投稿、他人の作品内容を改変・盗作した作品の投稿。
●Submission of works that falsely claim to be one’s own work based on another person’s work is prohibited. Submission of works that alter or plagiarize the contents of other people’s works is also prohibited.
